Courier Service
We offer a hassle-free pick-up and delivery service for garments; with a turn-around time between 24 and 48 hours. If necessary and whenever possible, we can provide a same day service for alterations.
Our pick-up and delivery service during normal business hours is complimentary. However, to take advantage of this, you must have an account with Finest Alterations and the value of the work must be over $50, otherwise a $30.00 pick-up and delivery fee will apply.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on wholesale rates, you may choose to pass on this rate or apply a margin when charging your customers. The exceptional quality of workmanship and customer service delivered by Finest Alterations will provide satisfaction at any price!
Invoicing
We will invoice monthly or fortnightly, depending upon your requirements. You may also choose to establish a cash account at one of our stores, enabling your customers to make direct payments to Finest Alterations. Whatever your needs, Finest Alterations will attempt to meet them.
Docket Books
We will provide you with our docket/invoice books at a cost of $10.00 per book.
The docket book is easy to complete and will enable you to maintain an efficient record of garments sent for alteration. In addition to providing a tracking system for the customer’s goods, the docket book will assist you in reconciling your accounts at the end of each month.
The audit trail provided by the docket book system will allow you to organise and track garments that require alteration and subsequent transfer to another store.
